Going, going, eventually, gone

As you've probably read, we don't mass produce our products in factories or receive them in shipping containers or have robotics warehouse pickers grab your order for shipment or miles of conveyor belts to speed them onto our fleet of trucks.

Each item is cut, sewn, stuffed and tied, by hand, by home based, fashion professionals. We design our items as inspiration or, being mothers of invention, as real-life need develops. We buy enough fabric so that a particular color, pattern or style will last, at least, a few months at a time but so that we can add new variations to existing products while retiring other styles once they're sold out. We'll do our best to let you see these changes as they occur.

UK Delivery

Standard Delivery

For normal Standard Delivery (£3.95) you can expect receipt of your items within 3 working days. If the order is over £75 then delivery is free.

Express Delivery

For next day Express Delivery (£6.95), orders must be placed before midday and will be delivered on the next working day. If you require next day delivery before 12 noon the charge will be £11.95. For next day delivery, orders placed during the weekend or after midday on Friday will be delivered on the following Tuesday.

Delivery to the Scottish Highlands and Islands may take slightly longer; and Express delivery cannot be guaranteed next day.

Returns Policy

Cosy Planet want to ensure that the products it sells to you are of good quality and value for money.
If, however, your purchase does not meet this standard then we offer a 30 day return guarantee.
For information on the guarantee please see below. Please note that the return guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.

You can return your product to us at anytime within 30 days from the date you received it provided that the product is unused, unopened and in a resalable condition.

We cannot accept items which have been used or opened unless they are defective or incorrect (i.e. do not comply with your initial order).

When returning any product to us under this guarantee you must specify the reason for the return and whether you require an exchange or a refund.

If you return a product because of an error on our part then we will refund the reasonable delivery costs incurred by you in sending the product back to us. If you are returning a product other than as a consequence of error on our part then we will only refund the cost of the product (excluding any delivery charges incurred by Cosy Planet in sending the product originally).

If you are requesting an exchange of product (other than because of an error by Cosy Planet) then we reserve the right to charge you any additional delivery costs.

We recommend that when returning items you use recorded delivery or obtain a proof of posting from the post office. We will not be responsible for any products lost or damaged in the post. You are responsible for the cost of returning any products to us.

Payment Options:

We accept the usual four flavors of plastic (Visa, Mastercard, Switch/Maestro) and Paypal. Each order and payment is confirmed, by e-mail, upon receipt.
